Water and Electric Sites: 1-4 and 12:
$38.00 per night up to 4 people.

Water, Electric Sewer (Pull-Thru Sites) 8-11 and 13-14:
$43.00 per night up to 4 people.

Water, Electric, & Sewer (Back-in Sites) 5-7:
$48.00 per night up to 4 people.

Tent Sites:
$25.00 per night, up to 4 people.

Changing Dates:
No changing dates 10 days prior to your original arrival date.

  • Dump station available.
  • $5 charge for each additional per person.  No Charge for children under 6yrs old.
  • Stay 7 nights-Get one Free. Other discounts do not apply.
  • Offering 10% Military and Goodsam Discounts.
  • Tank pumping services for non-sewer sites. $8.00 per tank. Schedule service days/times at check-in or call when ready.

Two-night minimum for weekends March through December.

RV Sites:

  • A 1 night deposit required at booking for each reservation made.
  • Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to arrival deposit refunded (minus a $15 processing fee).
  • Cancellations made 6 to 3 days prior to arrival forfeit 1 day deposit.
  • Less than 2 days notice or “No-Show” full fee charged.

Monthly:

  • A $200 deposit required at booking.
  • Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to arrival deposit refunded (minus a $50 processing fee).
  • Cancellations made 6 to 3 days prior to arrival forfeit 1 day deposit.
  • Cancellations made 14 or less days prior to arrival, No refund given..

Weekly:

  • A 1 night deposit required at booking.
  • Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to arrival deposit refunded (minus a $15 processing fee).
  • Cancellations made 6 to 3 days prior to arrival forfeit 1 day deposit.
  • Less than 2 days notice or “No-Show” full fee charged.

Tent:

  • A 1 night deposit required at booking.
  • Cancellations made 2 prior to arrival deposit refunded (minus a $15 processing fee).
  • Cancellations made less than 2 days or a “No-Show” full fee charged.

Camping is a outdoor experience, therefore we Do Not give any refunds/pro-rated for early departures due to but not limited to: nature, Illnesses, change of mind, work schedules, etc…

To Make your stay at Byrd’s Branch Campground and Country Store more enjoyable please observe the following rules:

Occupying your R.V./Tent Site:

  • Please keep your campsite clean and free of trash, including but not limited to: cigarette butts, bottle caps, nut shells etc.
  • Parents are responsible for the safety and actions of their children at all times.
  • No bare feet allowed. Caution should be observed while crossing roads.
  • No digging holes or disturbing the ground cover.
  • Sorry no washing your R.V. or vehicles at your site.
  • Any damages caused to your site will be charged to the reservation holder’s card on file.

Parking:

  • Please no parking on the grass!
  • Extra parking for vehicles is located at the camp store.
  • Visitors must check-in at the campground office.

Bathhouse:

  • Please help keep bathhouse clean (located on the back of the Camp store).
  • Dispose of all trash and sanitary items in the trash receptacles.
  • No smoking in bathhouse.
  • When exiting bathhouse please close doors completely to keep out insects and rodents.
  • Do not use faucets in bathhouse for cleaning dishes, fish, or personal items.
  • Also available port-a-potty is in the tent area.
Laundry Facilities:

  • Washer/Dryer is available for our campers use it is located behind Camp store cost is $5.00 per load.
Campfires:

  • Please use designated fire rings. Do not move firepits from area and keep clean of trash. Only use dead branches or you may also purchase firewood at the camp store for $7.00 per bundle.
  • Community propane firepit: (located on deck).
  • Please no cooking food over propane firepit. Turn off firepit when done and place cover back over burn area.
Controlling your pets:

  • No aggressive dogs! Please control excessive barking.
  • Always leash your pets and keep them within your designated campsite.
  • Please pick-up and dispose of pet litter in plastic trash bags.
  • Pets are not allowed outside unattended.
Garbage:

  • Place your garbage in trash cans placed around campground. (If full place near trash can.)
Disc Golf Course:

  • Sign-out and pick up your supplies at the camp store.
  • Warning! Never throw into a blind spot or when players, pedestrians, or spectators are within range area!
Campground Courtesy:

  • Keep the peace and always respect your neighbors.
  • Stay in your common area and do not cross over other campsites.
  • Respectfully keep music and noise level to your campsite only.
  • Excessive noise 1st warning is verbal/2nd you may be asked to leave.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00pm until 7:00am.
  • Drive cautiously on campground roads and observe a 5-mile per hour speed limit.
Obey the Law:

    • 4-wheelers, go carts and mini-bikes

  • Byrd’s Branch Campground is a privately owned and operated campground and reserve the right to select our clientele, refuse anyone, or ask anyone to vacate the campground for any reason the proprietors deem unacceptable.
  • Owners have the rights to changes your site when deemed necessary.
  • We will not be held responsible for property damage, theft, your personal safety, or bodily injury.
  • For your safety and security, we monitor 24/7 with video surveillance cameras.
