Cooking at Camp

Sausage Skillet
Ingredients

• 400g farmers sausage
• 1/2 head of broccoli cut into florets.
• 1/2 head of cauliflower cut into florets.
• 2 tsp seasoning
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• Parmesan cheese, grated for topping.

Instructions:

1. Slice the sausage and cut up the vegetables.
2. Combine all ingredients except cheese into a large freezer safe plastic bag.
3. Freeze until ready to use (up to three months).
4. Defrost and cook on a skillet or in a tin foil packet over a campfire or on the BBQ.
