Raffaldini Vineyard is a family-owned vineyard that will give you the true feeling of Italy, with its spectacular views and gorgeous tasting room it stands out above the rest!

Specializing in Dry Italian wines like Sangiovese Classico, Grande Riserva, Vermentino and many more.

You can book an event or wedding venue on the patio seated next to a beautiful fountain, overlooking the vineyard with perfect sunsets, Italian music, and finish with going upstairs for a delicious catered dinner. It has all the makings for a memorable night with friends and family!

Attending the 17th Annual Festa Italiana Saturday September 17th & Sunday September 18th is a must if you are in the area, it’s A Festival weekend of Italian culture with food, wine, musicians, artist, craftsmen, Italian trivia and winemaking with owner Jay Raffaldini. Raffaldini Vineyards does not allow pets or children but does have specific children friendly activities available please check out raffaldini.com for more information on this and other events.

We keep Improving!

byrds branch improvementsRecently we worked on adding some fencing around the septic connections and power boxes in all the pull-through sites, also adding some border boards to keep the grassy area in between the sites nice. Giving them a little more curb appeal, we hope everyone enjoys the results!

Cooking at Camp

Campfire Chili Mac Skillet
Ingredients
chilli mac skillet

  • 1  box of elbow macaroni
  • 14 oz. cans of your favorite chili
  • 5 cups of water
  • 2 cups of shredded old cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large cast iron skillet or Dutch oven, place the water and the elbow macaroni. Cook until the noodles are done – you may have to add more water. Make sure to stir so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan. You can cook this over the fire or a grill.
  2. When the noodles are done the water should be evaporated ( if not, pour it off)  and you can mix in the cans of chili. Heat up again.
  3. When the chili is heated through, sprinkle the cheese on top.
  4. Return to the fire/grill to melt the cheese.
  5. Dig in!
