This month, we’re sharing some campfire recipe inspiration that’s easy, family-friendly, and downright fun. Whether you’re camping for a weekend getaway or a full-blown vacation, these ideas will help you make the most of those cozy nights.

🍴 Easy Campfire Recipes to Try:

Packet Fajitas, all you need are sliced bell peppers, onions, chicken (or beef), fajita seasoning, and a drizzle of olive oil. Wrap it up in foil and cook over hot coals for about 15-20 minutes. Top with cheese, salsa, and serve in a warm tortilla!
🥔 Loaded Campfire Potatoes Dice potatoes, toss with butter, garlic, and your favorite toppings (think: cheese, bacon bits, green onions), then wrap in foil and cook for 30–40 minutes. It’s like a baked potato party in a pouch.
🌭 Walking Tacos Grab a small bag of chips (Fritos or Doritos work great), add taco meat, shredded lettuce, cheese, salsa, and sour cream right into the bag. Stir it up with a fork and enjoy—no plates needed!
🍫 S’more Twists We Dare You to Try:
We all love the classic graham + chocolate + marshmallow combo, but why not level it up this May?

• Peanut Butter Cup S’mores – Swap the chocolate bar for a peanut butter cup. Mind = blown.
